Laura Bersacola brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Chairman and Treasurer of We Care Williamson County. With a BA in business administration and an MBA focused on international business, Laura has traversed diverse professional terrains. From her tenure at Saturn Corporation as a recruitment and corporate trainer to her impactful years as a Senior Project Manager for a non-profit professional society dedicated to brain research, Laura has honed her skills in leadership, project management, and strategic planning.

Currently, Laura serves as an Operations Analyst for CRE Turnkey, where she oversees commercial real estate intralogistics and facilitates corporate meetings in Nashville. Her career is marked by significant achievements, including her pivotal role in facilitating the self-publication of a 10-volume oral history series on neuropsychopharmacology and her editorship of the Women in Neuropsychopharmacology supplement.

Laura has been an integral part of We Care Williamson County since its founding in 2022, serving as a board member and playing a crucial role in its establishment. Her motivation to join the board stems from her personal experiences of receiving support during challenging times, igniting her passion for giving back to the community. As Chief Organizer and Treasurer, Laura brings her organizational acumen and financial stewardship to ensure the success and sustainability of We Care Williamson County.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Laura cherishes her roles as a mother to five children and a cherished friend within her community. Her love for learning, books, boating, and the beach reflects her zest for life and exploration.

As the current Board President of The Arc Williamson County, she advocates for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, striving to enhance their quality of life and inclusion within the community. Additionally, her contributions to the Nashville-Franklin Elks Lodge have touched countless lives through initiatives such as Elks Families in Need and Christmas & Easter Blessings, providing vital support and joy to those in need.
